children’s portrait motivation

I was reading an article about a woman who was expanding a successful company.
The question was why she was doing what she was doing?
Which was answered with; “If I could ‘can’ love, I would be a very rich women”.
I looked right next to me, at my daughter Angelina and at the paintings I made of her portrait, and at the paintings I made of other children
and realised how rich I already am.
I catch love with my paint brush and pencil, and know how to capture it just like I used to capture the beauty of the Antilian landscape.
I do not ‘can’ it, but make sure it’s well preserved; make sure we do not forget about it or take it for granted.
I paint children…
Children who look into the world without restrictions.
Children who still believe in fairytales and magic.
Children with hope.
Children who believe that dreams can come true.
Children with hope for the future.
That’s why I paint children,
That’s why I paint love.
Respectfully yours
